PERHATIAN
1. Keutamaan Sewaan adalah kepada penuntut bagi tujuan sementara
sahaja.
2. Setiap pembayaran (kecuali wang deposit) yang telah dibuat TIDAK
akan dipulangkan.
1. Tetamu mestilah
mengekalkan kebersihan dan menjaga dengan baik semua harta benda dalam bilik. Guests must maintain the cleanliness and ensure that all inventories in
the rooms are in good condition.
2. Tutup semua paip air selepas digunakan. Turn off all taps after use.
3. Tetamu dilarang membuat penyambungan secara haram segala peralatan elektrik. Guests are prohibited from making illegal connection to electrical fittings
and appliances.
4. Tetamu dilarang masuk ke bilik tetamu lain tanpa izin tetamu berkenaan. A guest is prohibited from entering other guest's room without the latter's
permission.
5. Tetamu hendaklah berjumpa pelawatnya di ruang legar. Guests are advised to meet their visitors at the lounge.
6. Waktu pendaftaran masuk ialah dari pukul 2:00 petang hingga 6:00 petang. The check-in time is from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
7. Masa lapor keluar ialah dari pukul 8:00 pagi hingga 11:00 pagi. The check-out time is from 8:00am to 11:00 am.
8. Caj dikenakan jika keluar selepas waktu ditetapkan. An extra charge will be imposed if you fail to check-out on time .
9. Tetamu hendaklah memberitahu petugas di kaunter sebelum keluar. Guests are advised to inform the receptionist before checking-out.
10. Pihak Pentadbiran Dewan Malaysia mempunyai hak untuk mengeluarkan barang-barang
tetamu jika beliau gagal mengosongkan bilik sepatutnya. The Malaysia Hall reserves the right to remove the belongings of guests from
their rooms if they fail to vacate on time.
11. Tetamu hendaklah memberitahu petugas sebelum 11:00 pagi jika ingin menyambung
duduk dan ini tertakluk kepada kekosongan bilik. Guests are advised to inform the receptionist before 11:00 am if they wish
to extend their stay.This is subjected to the availability of the room.
12. Tetamu dipertanggungjawabkan bagi sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan
harta benda dalam bilik. Guests are liable for any loss or damage to the inventories in the room.
13. Pihak pentadbiran tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas kehilangan atau kerosakan
batang-barang milik tetamu atau kecederaan pada tetamu. The Malaysia Hall will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the guests'
belongings or in events of injuries to the guests.
14. Tinggalkan kunci di 'Key Drop' yang terletak di kaunter sebelum keluar. Leave the key in the "Key Drop" provided for before leaving.
15. Denda £100.00 dikenakan jika kunci bilik hilang. A £100.00 fine will be imposed for the lost key.
16. Tiada keluar masuk dibenarkan selepas pukul 10:00 malam kecuali bagi
hal kecemasan. No one is allowed to enter or leave the Malaysia Hall after 10:00pm except
for emergency cases.
17. Semua tetamu hendaklah mematuhi segala peraturan Dewan Malaysia London. All guests must follow the rules and regulations of the Malaysia Hall at
all times.
